Terms and Conditions

About these terms

This website is operated by Easy Breeze Air (Jonathan Davison, ABN [to be confirmed]). These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website, [website address to be confirmed]. By using the website, you agree to them.

These terms are about using the website only. They are not the terms for any installation, servicing or repair work. See Quotes and work below.

Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about Easy Breeze Air and its services, and gives you a way to contact us or request a quote. Information on the website is general in nature. It doesn't take your home's particular circumstances into account and isn't a substitute for advice about your specific situation.

Our services

Easy Breeze Air is based in Gregory Hills, NSW. We provide residential air conditioning services across Camden, Campbelltown and the wider Macarthur region, including split system supply and installation, servicing and cleaning, repairs and maintenance, and upgrades or replacements. We may also be able to work in surrounding parts of South West Sydney and nearby areas, such as those listed on the website as available by enquiry, but only where we confirm this in response to your enquiry. Our service area does not cover the whole Sydney metropolitan area.

Brands referred to on the website include Kaden, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu General, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung and Rinnai.

Descriptions of services on the website are general. The availability of a particular service, product, model or brand, and the areas we cover, may change and are confirmed when we respond to your enquiry. Listing an area or brand on the website is not a promise that we can take on a particular job or attend within a particular time.

The size calculator

The air conditioner size calculator gives a preliminary estimate only. It uses the room measurements and options you enter with a simplified formula. It is not a heat-load assessment, and it doesn't take into account everything that affects the right system for a room, such as building construction, insulation quality, orientation, glazing, ceiling design, heat-producing appliances or how the room is used.

The calculator's result is not a recommendation to buy a particular product or size. The suitable system for your home is confirmed after a professional assessment.

Prices and estimates

Any price, size or other estimate shown on this website or produced by the calculator is a general guide only. It is not a quotation and is not binding on you or on us.

[Business owner to confirm how formal quotes are provided, for example in writing after a site assessment.]

Enquiries, quotes and work

Sending an enquiry through the website, or contacting us by phone, text or email, is a request for information or a quote. It does not create a contract, commit you to buying anything, or commit us to doing any work.

An agreement for installation, servicing or repair work is only made when you accept a formal quote from Easy Breeze Air. The terms for that work, such as scope, price, payment, scheduling and warranties, will be the terms set out in or provided with that quote. They are separate from these website terms. [Installation and service terms to be prepared separately by the business owner.]

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded, including the consumer guarantees that apply to goods and services. For more information, visit the ACCC website or NSW Fair Trading.

Accuracy of website information

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that it is always complete, current or free from errors, and it may change without notice. Before making a decision about air conditioning for your home, please confirm the details with us.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website without confirming it with us first.

Easy Breeze Air is an independent air conditioning installer. We source the brands we supply and install through trade suppliers, and we do not have dealership, partnership or other agreements with the manufacturers. Kaden, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu General, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung and Rinnai, and related names and marks such as MHI, Fujitsu and General, are trade marks of their respective owners. They appear on this website only to identify the brands we supply and install. Displaying a brand's name or logo does not mean that the manufacturer endorses Easy Breeze Air or that we are officially affiliated with it.
